Data we collect

We collect the data you voluntarily provide through:

• Contact form: name, email address, phone number and any information included in your message (for example, your wedding date and venue).
• WhatsApp, Telegram, email or social media: the data you share when contacting us through these channels.
• Booking our services: identification, contact and billing details required to formalise the contract.

Purpose of processing

We process your data to:

1. Respond to your enquiries and send you information about our services (including our services brochure).
2. Manage your booking, contract and the provision of photography and/or video services.
3. Issue invoices and comply with legal, tax and accounting obligations.
4. With your express consent, publish photographs or videos of your wedding in our portfolio, website and social media.

Legal basis

• Consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR): when you submit the form or contact us, and for the publication of images.
• Performance of a contract (Art. 6.1.b GDPR): for managing bookings and providing the service.
• Legal obligation (Art. 6.1.c GDPR): invoicing and tax obligations.

Data retention

• Enquiries that do not result in a contract: up to 1 year from the last contact.
• Contractual and billing data: for the duration of the relationship and the legally required periods (as a general rule, 6 years under the Spanish Commercial Code).
• Images published with your consent: until you withdraw that consent.

Recipients

We do not share your data with third parties, except where legally required. To provide our services we rely on providers acting as data processors (website hosting on Wfolio, online gallery storage, electronic contract-signing tools and email services), all under the agreements required by the GDPR. Some providers may be located outside the EEA; in that case, transfers are covered by adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and data portability, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to admin@alianzaweddings.com with the subject «Data protection», enclosing a copy of an identity document. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

Accuracy and minors

You guarantee that the data provided is accurate. This website is not aimed at children under 14; we do not knowingly collect data from minors without the consent of their legal guardians.
